SAN BERNARDSINO, Calif. – As Hurricane Naya passed around Northern California yesterday afternoon – nearly 15 km/hr, winds approaching 200 km./hr – it was no surprise that many San Bernardino area drivers encountered unusual road problems from raindrops dropped by one of the most important blizzards in decades.
